About The Plan The length subscription is for 1 (one) year and it is renewed automatically. The person can cancel the subscription at any time before 1 (one) year, so the subscription won't be charged again; after that period the price will be charged automatically. Abuse or excessively frequent requests via a Professional Plan user-account may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the user-account. Appaon determines abuse or excessive usage at its sole discretion. User is not allowed to share User Personal or Professional Plan with others. All features are available for both plans, the only difference is that the Personal Plan is free and the Professional is charged ($9.99) if the person does more than 110 events in a year. Professional Plan is billed in advance and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds also in the following explicit cases: unavailability of services, downgrade, unused services, or when the functionality of services is changed.
